I recently finished medical school at Rush University and am now a Resident Anesthesiologist (PGY-1) at the Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals.
I was born in Lorain, Ohio. I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. I received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. I worked as a phlebotomist before medical school. Now I live in New Berlin, WI, near Milwaukee.
Sadie-Jean is my girlfriend. She’s my tupelo honey. She is a PA in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine. She reads a lot more books than I do.
I am a computer geek. I advocate for Ubuntu, WordPress, the Creative Commons, and an open web. I do freelance web development in my spare time. I blog occasionally. I photograph. I read books sometimes. I read the web more. This site is part of a larger site that I made for my family.
